15-Year GAF HS Silicone System Over Metal Roof

Our team completed a full restoration in Port Huron, Michigan, featuring a 15-year GAF High Solids Silicone System applied over a metal roof.

The project included a full roof wash, replacement and tightening of fasteners, sealing of all ridge caps with foam, rust priming of oxidized metal, and a seamless silicone top coat for long-term protection.

This system not only refreshed the appearance but also provided a durable, watertight, and energy-efficient roofing solution built to perform for years to come.
