10-Year Uniflex Silicone Restoration – Rochester Hills, Michigan

This project featured a 10-year Uniflex Silicone restoration over an existing tar and gravel roof in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Our crew started by cleaning and preparing the surface to remove loose gravel and debris, ensuring a solid foundation for the coating system. All seams, penetrations, and potential leak areas were sealed with silicone mastic before applying the Uniflex Silicone topcoat.
